We are looking for:

• Leadership Team Members: The central node of decision-making and movement building at We Excel Cincinnati.

• Storytellers (Social Media & Podcasters): Help us capture the heartbeat of our community and amplify the "Read to Rise" mission.

• Data Architects: Turn numbers into narratives. Help us track literacy trends and school performance to fuel our advocacy.

• Board Members: Help steer the ship. We need strategic thinkers to ensure our movement is sustainable and powerful.
