We are looking for:
Leadership Team Members: The central node of decision-making and movement building at We Excel Cincinnati. Help us shape the direction of a growing, community-driven organization that is changing outcomes for Cincinnati children.
Board Members: Help steer the ship. We need strategic thinkers and community connectors to ensure this movement is sustainable, powerful, and built to last.
Read to Rise Sponsors: Our Read to Rise program runs on community investment. Sponsors make it possible for us to provide trained interventionists, program materials, and family support across our pilot sites. Your investment is a direct line to a child reading at grade level.
Fellowship Guest Speakers: We Excel's Parent Power Fellowship equips parents with advocacy tools and leadership skills. We are looking for educators, professionals, and community leaders who are ready to pour into our parent community and share their expertise.
Volunteer Reading Interventionists: Do you have a heart for children and a passion for literacy? We are recruiting volunteers to serve as reading interventionists in our Read to Rise program, working directly with students in small group settings using Science of Reading-aligned instruction.
